Whether you are an entrepreneur, investor, or a remote worker - we know a vibrant community is key to your success. We look for that along with good broadband & cell coverage from the big three in downtown. Ideally, we look for a vibrant, cohesive business community with room for expansion, a welcoming vibe with a heart toward growth, with population & growth that supports it.

For remote workers and digital nomads, we look for co-working or incubation spaces–or at least a really good coffee shop with room to settle in. We love to see Wi-Fi available in the downtown area. Access to a major metropolitan area in under two hours is a plus.

For those seeking to spend a season or a lifetime in a remarkable small town, we know that we come in all shapes and sizes so we like to see a variety of housing & recreation options. We are realistic about distances from medical and major shopping centers.

For those with children - we share education options, lots of available green spaces in parks, recreation programs, and places to keep young people busy and engaged. We always provide links to resources on local education options for deeper research.
